Please read the details below: Cancellation Policy Cancellations will be considered only within 2 days of placing the order. Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped by the vendor/merchant. Perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) cannot be cancelled. However, refunds or replacements may be offered if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue. Product Not as Expected If the delivered product is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, please contact our Customer Service within 2 days of receiving the product. Our team will review the issue and make an appropriate decision. Products with Manufacturer Warranty For issues related to products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. Refund Process Once a refund is approved by Pehrawaah, it may take 6–8 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
